Data De-Identification & HIPAA Compliance You are solely responsible for ensuring that all uploaded biological samples, sequences, and clinical metadata comply with applicable patient privacy laws (including HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA) and that appropriate consent/de-identification protocols have been performed.
2. Experimental Validation All biological hypotheses derived from our bioinformatic platforms must be subjected to rigorous experimental verification before publishing or applying in downstream studies.
